Standard $150 connection charge will not be collected upfront. However, it will be billed and deducted from the up to $200 free standard installation offer. Installation charges above the $200 maximum will be billed on a time and materials basis. The rate for a technician’s time is $85/hour, billed in half-hour increments. Non-recurring monthly charges such as long-distance calls, video on demand or pay per view rentals, repair charges, etc. may still apply. Monthly recurring service(s) added after initial install will be billed immediately and will not qualify for the three (3) month free service offer. Services on seasonal status will be turned back on and charged retail rates after 9 consecutive months of seasonal downgrade. Fees and taxes may apply.
