Program Details

This program was designed for the Norvado teams that work closely with customers and see opportunities for and interest in additional or new Norvado services, this includes the CNT, CTC and Operations Support groups. Norvado employees within these groups have the opportunity to earn $100 by referring a local commercial organization that is not an existing customer and is not actively being recruited by the Norvado Sales Team. The lead must result in the sale of a monthly recurring service of at least $150 per month (TV service is excluded). Employees can earn an additional $50 if the customer subscribes to 5 or more seats of HPBX and $100 if the customer subscribes to 10 or more.

Referral Reward Structure

Standard Referral - $100

Referral results in the sale of a monthly recurring service of at least $150 (TV service is excluded)

HPBX Referral Bonus (5-9 Seats) - $50

An additional reward should be issued if the referral results in a subscription to 5 or more seats of Smartlink HBPX. The monthly cost of Smartlink HBPX is not exempt from the Standard Referral requirement of $150 monthly recurring service.

HPBX Referral Bonus (5-9 Seats) - $50

An additional reward should be issued if the referral results in a subscription to 10 or more seats of Smartlink HBPX. The monthly cost of Smartlink HBPX is not exempt from the Standard Referral requirement of $150 monthly recurring service.
