THIS ROLE

Do you love helping people find solutions to their questions? Do you like to keep up with technology? Norvado, the area’s premier provider of broadband services and products, is looking for you. We are looking for a full-time, Customer Support & Provisioning Representative, to provide technical support. The job requires a passion for people and demonstrated skills in positive customer outcomes. Are you ready to prioritize multiple daily duties? Do you have skill in helping people problem-solve? Are you willing to make learning a daily task, and are your organizational skills strong? If so, we are looking for you.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a full-time, Customer Support & Provisioning Representative your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with service interruptions, troubleshooting level 1 & 2 issues and coordinating with level 3 support when necessary.
  • Supporting Customer Network Technicians in the field.
  • Responding to service order questions.
  • Provisioning digital equipment and updating databases.
  • Taking on tasks, large or small, and leading by example while providing each customer with the best customer experience possible.
  • Working collaboratively with very competent and committed coworkers.
  • Some on call and after-hours support is required.
  • Will work primarily from our Cable office.

You’ll excel greatly as a Customer Support & Provisioning Representative if you possess the following:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

  • Normal office environment.

EQUIPMENT & TOOLS

DAILY USE OF: Computer, telephone, smart devices, calculator, copier, products/services related equipment and printers.

INTERACTIONS

  • Daily phone, written, and face-to-face contact with employees throughout the company to exchange information.
  • Daily phone and written contact with customers to conduct business.
  • Regular phone and written contact with vendors to complete job tasks.

OTHER

  • Occasional overnight travel required.
  • Occasional travel by air required.
  • Occasional flexible hours required.
