Building the Network

Building the fastest fiber network in the Northwoods takes time and a lot of work. For us, not you.
Here’s what it takes to get you connected to fiber:

1. Perform Site Survey

A site survey must be completed by property owner to determine best route for plowing fiber to the premise.

2. Network Construction

Our contracted crews begin building the new network by burying fiber optic facilities along roadsides.

3. Construction to the Premise

A contractor will come on-site to bury a fiber line from the road to your home or business and install all external equipment on the building.

4. Connect to Central Offices

The new infrastructure is configured and programmed into our Central Offices.

5. On-Site Installation

A Norvado technician will arrive at a pre-scheduled date and time to install service(s) within your premise.

An Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) will be required to keep service working during power outages.
