In order to provide you with the best technology the Northwoods has to offer we must build facilities to your premise. This requires us to bury a fiber cable from our facilities at the road, underground to the building you want service in. Our Engineering team will work hard to complete this process as quickly as possible, but before we can begin we’ll need your help. Please complete our Site Survey form below to provide our team with your contact details and specific information about your property. Once completed, it will be added to our project list and a member of our team will follow-up with you to complete the connection process.
Terms & Conditions: *Offer(s) not available in all geographic regions. Upon conversion, copper Internet plans will be upgraded to the lowest fiber Internet plan and may result in a price increase. Premises not converted to Norvado’s fiber network will be disconnected from all Norvado services when the copper network is eliminated. Forgoing the installation of a fiber line during the official build timeframe may result in connection charges later if service is desired. Standard credit check applies. Deposit may be required. Monthly services and discounts will be prorated. Applicable taxes, fees (such as 911, USF, IEUF, activation) and surcharges extra. Installation and material charges may apply. Services performed or equipment installed will be billed on a time and materials basis on first month’s statement. Internet speeds advertised are not guaranteed; customers will receive “up to” the advertised speed they are subscribed to.
