ISSUE RESOLVED: This issue has been resolved. Should you continue to experience this problem, please reboot your set top box, which will permanently resolve the issue.
Some Norvado customers may be experiencing “black screen” issues with their Norvado TV service. The troubles related to this issue are random, and not affecting all customers at this time.
Norvado and it’s television service partner have identified that music channels seem to be causing the issue with black screen”. A solution is still being worked on. However, in the interim, should you experience this issue, please reset your set top box by unplugging the power cord, waiting 10 seconds, and then replacing it. As an alternative, avoiding music channels altogether should alleviate the problem.
