Yes. You'll receive a full 30-day free trial of eligible services - you'll only be responsible for applicable taxes, government fees, surcharges, and usage-based charges incurred during the 30-day free trial period. After the trial ends, your service continues at the standard monthly rate - unless you cancel.
Billing begins after your 30-day free trial ends. If you cancel before day 30, you won't be charged for the trial services. However, you will be responsible for applicable taxes & fees incurred during the trial period.
Absolutely. You can cancel at any point during the 30-day trial. No pressure. No hard feelings. 🙂

Offer valid January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Limit one (1) coupon per customer per location. The Discover Pass grants customers a 30-day FREE trial of services. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, government fees, surcharges, and usage-based charges incurred during the 30-day free trial period. Customers will be automatically billed the stated monthly amount following the conclusion of the 30-day trial period. Service(s) may be canceled at any time.
This special offer is available to new residential customers (not having had active service in the last 12 months). Customers that have been disconnected for non-pay are not eligible to redeem this offer. Customers with an uncollectable balance, even after paid in full, are ineligible to redeem the Discover Pass 30-Day Free Trial. Existing residential customers in specific markets may redeem this offer when adding a new, eligible service to their account. Existing customers must retain current service subscription(s) for the duration of the trial period.
Certain add-on products and services are excluded from the free trial. These services may be purchased during the trial period; standard pricing applies.
Excluded products and services include: set-top boxes, Carbonite backup service, static IP addresses, Microsoft Exchange services, SecureIT Plus, premium channels, Cloud + Whole Home DVR, and any extra cameras or add-ons associated with SmartHome Security.
Long distance calling capability is activated with each phone line activation. Unless the Total Phone package is selected or the subscriber requests to block long distance calling, any long distance minutes used during the promotional period will be billed on a per-minute basis at $0.11 per minute.
Norvado service may not be available in certain geographic areas due to bandwidth restrictions. A minimum of 20 Mbps internet service is required for Super Bundles. Super Bundle plans are not eligible for seasonal downgrade.

Installation and material charges may apply. New internet, TV, and/or phone service activations qualify for free standard installation (up to a $200 value). Services performed beyond the free standard installation value (over $200) will be billed on a time and materials basis on the first month’s statement. Installation of customer-provided devices is not included in the standard installation credit.
Professional installation of the router is included with Apex Threat Defender & Managed WIFI service. Installation covers the time and materials required to run a cable from the ONT to the Apex router in an optimized location within the premises. Installation of mesh extender(s) and/or additional networking will be billed on a time and materials basis. Technician time will be billed in 30-minute increments at a rate of $85 per hour.
Upon cancellation, customers will be billed for any unreturned Norvado-owned equipment. If a customer receives a free streaming device, they must keep service for a total of three (3) months after the free trial or be billed for the cost of the streaming device.
