• Webmail Access:
  • If accessing webmail via browser bookmarks or favorites, update the URL to webmail.norvado.net.
  • If accessing webmail through Norvado.com, navigate to the Customers section and select Check My Email.
• Email Clients (Outlook, Windows Mail, MAC Mail, etc.):
  • Update server settings on all devices where Norvado email is accessed.
  • Step-by-step instructions are available on the back of the official notice or online.

Deadline and Potential Service Disruptions:

By the end of April 2025, the existing webmail URL and server settings for email clients will no longer function. Failure to update settings may result in an inability to send or receive emails until changes are made.
