Over the past year, everyone has been impacted in some way from the COVID-19 pandemic. During this challenging time the FCC has created the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP) to help low-income households stay connected.
The EBB Program benefit reduces broadband internet service monthly bills by up to a maximum reduction of $50 per month. This program is temporary in nature and will only last as long as funding is available. When Norvado receives notification from the FCC that the program will be ending, we will notify customers of the upcoming end-of-program date. When the program expires, customers receiving EBBP support will be subject to Norvado’s regular rates, terms, and conditions should they continue to subscribe to the broadband service and will be responsible for the non-discounted rate reflected on this bill. This undiscounted broadband rate does not include charges for any additional equipment or other services to which customers may subscribe.
