How can I reduce my bill?

In the Cooperative we are still required to provide at least a basic landline with any service that we sell (Internet & TV).  Right now the landline cannot be eliminated.  For a more detailed description of why the landline is required click here.

For those with Television service you may consider eliminating some optional add-ons, like additional TV’s, additional channels packages or premium channels, or DVR service.

To get more information on ways you could reduce your bill, please stop into a Norvado office or call customer service at 800-250-8927.  A customer service representative would be glad to review your bill with you and answer any questions you may have.
