How can I customize my MyPhone Portal and Call Manager settings?

The Settings menu has an abundance of options to tailor your phone service to your own specific needs.  Click into each menu to see what customizations you can make.  Some of the more popular settings include:

  • Password and PIN Changes
  • Caller ID Preferrences
  • Voicemail to Email/Fax
  • Voicemail Greetings

Each setting has it’s own set of fields to edit, so dive on in and see what settings suit you, or if you’d like to learn more about each feature first, pull up the Help menu by clicking the gear button in the upper right-hand corner.

If you are a Norvado SmartLink PBX subscriber the Settings menu will also allow you to customize many of the features and keys on the desk phone assigned to your line.  For details on how to edit your physical phone click here.
