Cable, WI.  – Effective November 21st, 2018, the Norvado retail office in Hayward will be closing. Staff and support operations will be moving to the Cable, WI headquarters. The Hayward office has served the community as a resource for Internet, TV, Phone and Security services for over 20 years.

“Due to recent staffing changes and greater opportunities for telecommuting we have made the difficult decision to close our Hayward store front,” said Norvado CEO, Chad Young.

While Norvado will not be maintaining regular retail hours at that store, they will continue to support the many residential and business customers they have in the greater Hayward area.

Customers that paid their bill at the Hayward office can continue to do so until November 21st. After which time they can use any of the existing payment methods currently available. Including:

  • PAY NOW (Online payment)
  • SmartHUB (Payment and account management app)
  • Pay-By-Phone – 855-874-5355
  • Auto-Pay (credit card)
  • EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer from bank account)
  • In-store at the Cable office from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Cable office drop box available 24/7
