Mission Statement

Our mission is to anticipate and exceed our customers’ expectations by providing highly valued communication and information services as we continue our tradition of exceptional service and support. We strive to improve the quality of life by nurturing lasting relationships with our members, customers, and employees while maintaining the financial well-being of the company.

Who We Are

In 1950 we put up the first telephone pole in the Chequamegon Forest of Northern Wisconsin. Today, we’re a technology powerhouse with over 3,000 miles of fiber optic cable in the ground serving five counties and a network area of 35,000+ residents and businesses.

At Norvado, we all come to work every day because we want to deliver the best Internet, TV, voice and smart home technologies possible. With nearly 100% fiber to home in our cooperative, speeds of up to 10 Gigabit, unrivaled IPTV and full enterprise business solutions, we think we’re getting close. Our mission at Norvado is to make technology more transparent, simpler and easier to enjoy. Today we provide the most customized and personal service to the nearly 12,000 residential and business customers in our network area.
