Why isn’t my internet working?

If your internet is not working and/or you can’t connect to your Wi-Fi, try taking these corrective actions.

  • Unplug the modem from electrical power and wait 30 seconds.
  • Reconnect the modem to the electrical power and wait 5 minutes
  • Verify that your computer can access the Internet.
  • If still no Internet, please use theĀ Norvado Support Portal
