Under most circumstances you will be required to check the status of the system. The keypad/panel will tell you what the problem is.
On a Concord system, the user should press * to check status and disarm, and repeat the action again if needed and the system should say “OK”. The system may display the problem but will be silenced for 4-12 hours until the problem is corrected. For more information please refer to the Concord User Guide by clicking here.
On a Lynx system, the panel should display the trouble. Go to Zones to see what is wrong and stop the beeping until the problem is resolved.
